The location is quite nice, providing quick access to the beach, beautiful and safe for swimming. The facility lacks direct beach seating and you need to rent chairs. The breakfast options were limited for vegetarians, and the room felt gloomy and needed better maintenance.

Good location, easy access to both Ao Phai and Tubtim beach. Rooms are spacious and new. Got a safe and hairdryer.
The front office staff were quite rude and not welcoming, they sort of treat you like you're a burden to them. The house cleaning staff are not very thorough. To the point that we came back to our room and they left our room door open!! Luckily nothing went missing because of this act of carelessness. The hotel itself is good, but the service here really is appalling.

The location was close to the beach and breakfast was nice.
2 of our rooms had not been used in a while and the sheets were mildewed and had bugs in the bed.

Consider visiting the sister hotel for better beach access, as the resort lacks direct beachfront seating.

The small pool was a nice touch as most hotels on Samet island do not have a pool (unless you pay alot of money). The breakfast had a nice selection.
The room stank of cigarette smoke (even though its a non-smoking room). I realised that the smell came from the pool area as the family room was directly opposite the pool. Samet Pavilion is located on the party area (Ao Phai), so can get very noisy. I would not recommend this hotel for families or a quiet weekend stay. It's also not located on the beach and is a very short walk away. Bedsheets had stains on them and towels were grubby.

Great size family rooms, with 2 large king size beds.
Reception staff could have been more friendly.

Beautiful landscaping enhances the resort's charm.
I was disappointed with the facilities. The noise from other guests was unbearable. The supposed luxury of the resort felt more like a budget stay, and the breakfast was consistently unsatisfactory with limited options.

Room very fine, on upper level. There is nothing to do here though, nowhere to walk, just a beach, with a suspicious sewer running beside hotel. Lots of building work going on, fortunately not near my room. No bar. Otherwise fine but 2 or 3 days is more than enough.

Room for two people are nice. only one Staff are not patient.
Staff only know very limited English. Not easy to answer my enquires. Family suite provides no slippery, toothbrush set,and only have cold water even for shower. One night, there was heavy rainstorm and my family room has water leakage problem on the ceiling. Lucily,it was not happening above the bed. It was on the inner corner of the beach, need more postsign!

The Samed Pavilion Resort features beautifully maintained green landscaping and offers quick access to the beach, just a short stroll away. I appreciated the spacious and comfortable Beautiful Double Room, along with the friendly service from the staff who were always helpful.
Limited food options.

We ate at a nice restaurant for lunch & dinner. Its location was central, next door to Ao Phai Beach.

The room is big and clean, there is WiFi in the room which is convenient although the signal is not strong enough, still ok to use.
